3 Seasons is looking for an experienced Lawn Maintenance Foreman to join our team! We are seeking highly motivated individuals with at least 3 years of commercial landscape maintenance experience in Florida and a strong background in leading crews.

What You'll Do:

✔️ Leading and Supervising the crew on-site
✔️ Maintain Proper route logs and communication with management
✔️ Help manage daily tasks and ensure job sites are completed efficiently
✔️ Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment
✔️ Ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lawn maintenance in Florida
✔️ Proven crew leader experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team
✔️ Clean, insurable driver’s license (must be able to drive company vehicles)
✔️ Strong work ethic and a team-first mentality
✔️ Knowledge of Florida turf, plants, and proper maintenance practices

This position is ideal for a knowledgeable arborist or tree care professional who is ready to take on a leadership role. If you have a strong background in tree care, supervisory experience, and a clean, insurable driver’s license, we want you on our team!

What You'll Do:

✔️ Lead and supervise the tree crew on job sites
✔️ Ensure proper tree care practices, including pruning, removals, and emergency response
✔️ Operate and oversee the use of chainsaws, chippers, lifts, and other tree care equipment
✔️ Maintain safety standards and compliance with industry best practices
✔️ Communicate with clients and team members to ensure job completion and satisfaction
✔️ Transport crew and equipment to job sites (must have a valid driver’s license)
